Improve the knowledge of participants about pharmacogenomics
The main educational objectives of the program for pharmacists are:
1. Describe how pharmacogenomics impacts pharmacotherapy
2. List medications that have pharmacogenomic differences
3. Explain options for managing differences in patient pharmacogenomics

The Texas Society of Health-System Pharmacists is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education as a provider of continuing pharmacy education.  This Knowledge-based continuing professional education program (0156-9999-10-094-L04-P/0156-9999-10-094-L04-T) provides 1 contact hour (0.1 CEUs) of continuing pharmacy education for pharmacists and technicians, respectively.  To receive a Statement of Participation, a program evaluation form must be completed and turned in at the end of the program and completed online at www.healthsystemce.org.

A $10 processing fee must be paid by non-TSHP members to receive a Statement of Attendance from TSHP.
